We want you to love your Le Paon Cosmetics products as much as we do! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help you with returns or exchanges.
Returns: If you’re not totally in love with your products, you can return most items within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund. Please make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging
Exchanges: Want to swap out an item? No problem! We’ll help you exchange products of equal or lesser value.
Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened lip products, mascaras, or foundations unless there is a defect.
How to Start a Return or Exchange:
Email our Customer Care team at support@lepaoncosmetic.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
