  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days (USA).

  • Expedited Shipping: Need it sooner? Choose our 2-day or next-day shipping at checkout.

  • International Shipping: We happily ship worldwide! Shipping times vary by destination.

Please note: Delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Le Paon Cosmetics products as much as we do! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to help you with returns or exchanges.

  • Returns: If you’re not totally in love with your products, you can return most items within 30 days from the delivery date for a full refund. Please make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging.

 

  • Exchanges: Want to swap out an item? No problem! We’ll help you exchange products of equal or lesser value.

 

  • Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened lip products, mascaras, or foundations unless there is a defect.

  • What should I do if my order is damaged or defective? Oh no! If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it so we can resolve the issue.

International Shipping

Where do you ship?

  • We offer international shipping to a variety of locations, including countries such as Albania, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, India, Israel, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, South Korea, Spain, the United Kingdom, and many more. We're continually expanding, so keep an eye out for even more destinations coming soon.

 

Which couriers do you use for shipping?

Our international shipments are handled by DHL, FedEx, and Passport. Do you offer free shipping? Yes, we provide free standard shipping for orders over specific amounts in certain countries:

  • Canada: $210 CAD or more (excluding taxes and shipping)

  • United Kingdom: £120 GBP or more (excluding taxes and shipping)

  • Mexico: $4000 MXN or more (excluding taxes and shipping)

  • Germany: £145 DE or more (excluding taxes and shipping)

  • Australia: $230 AUD or more (excluding taxes and shipping)

 

For all other international orders, shipping rates are calculated at checkout, which will include taxes, duties, and insurance.

 

When will my order arrive?

 

  • We process all orders within 1-3 business days, after which shipping time depends on the method chosen during checkout. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please note that delivery times are estimates and can change due to carrier delays. Standard international shipping typically takes 10-18 business days after processing.

 

Are duties and taxes refundable?

  • No, duties and taxes are not refundable. Your country's customs regulations mandate these fees. If you choose to return your order, you will be responsible for return shipping costs.

 

How can I track my package?

  • Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking details. You can track your package directly by our tracking the page.

 

When will I receive my order?

  • International orders are typically delivered within 10-18 business days once shipped. You can always check your estimated delivery date via the tracking page.

 

What if my package seems to have stopped moving?

  • If the tracking page shows no progress, don't worry! Your package is likely still en route and may just be clearing customs. Shipping status will be updated once the package clears customs or if there's a weather-related delay. If you have concerns, you can use the "contact support" button on the tracking page.

 

Can I return or exchange my order?

  • If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return within 30 days through our return portal. Unfortunately, we cannot offer exchanges for international orders. Shipping and duties are non-refundable. For assistance, reach out to contact support.

 

Who covers return shipping costs?

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. To start a return, please visit our return portal and follow the instructions. Make sure to have your order number and zip code ready.

 

Are there any restricted items?

  • Due to air safety regulations, we cannot ship items considered hazardous, such as sprays or alcohol-based products via express or priority services.

 

Will Canadian postal strikes affect my order?

  • We are aware of the postal strike in Canada and are working with FedEx and DHL to minimize disruptions. None of our Canadian shipments are entirely handled by Canada Post, so delays are expected to be minimal, especially in rural areas where the final leg may be delivered by Canada Post. If you have any concerns, please contact support.
